For placing your order, please do the following:

1. Download the Order Form (.xls)

   Please contact us for the password

2. Fill-up the Order Form

   Please fil-up the while areas where required. For the quantity areas, please enter the number of full cartons.
   The form will calculate the total amount, volume and weight of your order.
   Please fill-up your special requirements concerning labeling, delivery etc.

3. Please e-mail the Order Form to us.

   Please indicate in your e-mail message your name, address and contact details.
   After receipt of your order we will contact you for further steps.

We draw your attention to:

• there are no retail sales
• please note the terms and conditions stated in the Order Form
• all the orders are served by the prices valid by the date of placing order subject to the payments made in due time.
• Minimal requirements are stated in the Order Form
• Delivery terms - ExW Severodonetsk, Ukraine. For any other terms the prices to be re-calculated.
• We can arrange the delivery to any point in the world for risks and expenses of the customer.
• Discounts to be negotiated for each specific order
